In today's fast paced world, we know we all get accustomed to getting things immediately if not the next day. But please know that we are a very small family business and we also make a lot of the items we sell, so it may take 1-2 days before we ship your treasures. However, we always strive to do it the next business day.  We ship via USPS and UPS.

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping is FREE!

*At this time we do not offer International shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipping. After it leaves our facility, you will need to file any claims with the USPS.

CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. In the event that a shipped item is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the customer is required to pay additional shipping charges. Therefore, please double check your shipping information before purchasing. 

RETURNS: If you are unhappy with an item you receive we will gladly accept returns for EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT ONLY.  PLEASE EMAIL US PRIOR TO SENDING ANY ITEM BACK SO THAT WE ARE AWARE OF THE SITUATION AND CAN ASSIST YOU WITH THE RETURN PROCESS.  All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition with tags, packaging, etc.  Once we receive your return we will notify you and you can let us know what item you'd like to exchange it for.  Customer will be responsible to pay return shipping fees.

SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged for other items or in store credit.

​SIZE INFORMATION: All clothing listings include sizing for that garment to assist you in buying the right size and therefore cut down on exchanges. 

WRONG ITEM? If you receive the wrong item or an item was misrepresented, we will pay for the return shipping and credit your PayPal account as soon as the item is received by us.  Item must be returned in original condition with tags, packaging, etc.
